Chapter 8 — SuretyPH How-To Guides
How to Upload Supporting Documents
SuretyPH accepts one optional attachment with a public inquiry, and signed-in applicants can upload against requested requirements or store reusable documents under Company Documents.
Direct answer
Where you upload depends on where you are. The public inquiry form takes one optional supporting document. Inside the portal, uploads sit beside each requested requirement on a bond request, and Company Documents stores corporate documents for reuse.
With a public inquiry
Under Supporting Document (optional) you can drag a file in or select Choose file. The form accepts PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG or PNG up to 10 MB, one file per submission, and shows the file name with a remove option before you submit.
Against a requested requirement
1. Sign in and open My Bond Requests, then the request concerned. 2. Under Requirements requested, each item shows its label, any instructions and its current state. 3. Select Upload beside the item, or Replace if a file is already attached. 4. The item then shows the file you submitted, which you can open again from the same row.
You can also send a file through the message area on the same page using Attach file and Send message.
Storing reusable corporate documents
Company Documents keeps corporate documents against your company profile so later inquiries can reuse them.
1. Save your Company Profile first — documents are stored against it. 2. Choose a Document type, such as Audited Financial Statements, Income Tax Return, SEC Registration / Articles, DTI Registration, Business / Mayor''s Permit, BIR Registration (2303), PCAB License, PhilGEPS Registration, Board Resolution / Secretary''s Certificate, Government ID of Authorized Signatory, or Other Insurer-Required Document. 3. Enter the Year where the type asks for one. 4. Choose the File and select Store document. The page accepts PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG and PNG, up to 25 MB per file. 5. Stored items are listed with their state — Current, Superseded or Expired — and current ones are marked Reusable. Uploading a newer copy of the same type and year supersedes the earlier one.
Practical points
- Upload the document itself rather than a photograph of a screen where possible.
- Include every page, and check that scans are legible before uploading.
- Use the current version, and give files names that identify what they are.
- Only submit documents through these SuretyPH channels. Never send confidential corporate, financial or personal information through public comments, social media or unsecured messages. Handling is governed by the Privacy Notice and Application Consent.

Key considerations
Evaluation, underwriting, documentary requirements, terms, premium, collateral requirements where applicable, approval and issuance remain functions of the applicable participating insurer or Surety. SuretyPH provides information, accepts inquiries, supports document submission, facilitates applications and communicates status.
Key takeaway
One optional attachment goes with a public inquiry; portal users upload beside each requested requirement, attach files to messages, or store reusable corporate documents under Company Documents.
