Contact and Data Protection Officer
Direct all privacy requests, data subject rights requests, and security concerns to our Data Protection Officer.
Inquiries and supporting documents submitted through SuretyPH may be referred to the applicable participating insurer for evaluation. Submission does not constitute approval or issuance of a surety bond. Applications are subject to the insurer's requirements, evaluation, underwriting, terms, conditions, and approval.

Please write “Data Privacy Request” in the subject line and include your registered email address and, where applicable, your application reference number.
How we handle requests
- 1. We acknowledge your request within five (5) working days.
- 2. We verify your identity to protect your records from unauthorized disclosure.
- 3. We respond substantively within fifteen (15) working days, or explain any delay.
- 4. If we cannot act on a request, we explain the legal or contractual reason.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise the matter with the National Privacy Commission.
Your rights under the Data Privacy Act
- Be informed about how your information is processed
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or outdated information
- Object to processing or withdraw your consent
- Request erasure or blocking, subject to retention requirements
- Be indemnified for damages caused by unlawful processing
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
Reporting a security concern
If you believe a document, account, or record has been exposed or accessed without authorization, email the Data Protection Officer immediately with the details. Please do not include copies of sensitive documents in your report.
