2. Bond Request
You submit a bond request with the obligee, contract, company, and contact information.
3. Account Number
Your transaction receives an Account Number so you can identify and track the correct record.
4. Requirements
You upload the applicable documents securely. SuretyPH reviews the file for completeness and prepares a processing summary for referral.
5. Insurer Referral
With applicable consent, the file is referred to a participating licensed insurer for independent evaluation and underwriting.
6. Insurer Evaluation
The participating licensed insurer may request further documents and decides the terms, pricing, collateral, and approval.
7. Insurer Quotation
Any insurer quotation, including premium, fees, and collateral requirements, is recorded and presented for review.
8. Client Decision and Payment
You record your decision and, if proceeding, follow the confirmed payment instructions.
9. Insurer Issuance and Delivery
If approved and all insurer conditions are met, the participating licensed insurer issues the bond for release or delivery.
Participating Insurer
SuretyPH facilitates the submission and tracking of surety bond inquiries and applications. Travellers Insurance and Surety Corporation (TRISCO) participates on SuretyPH as a licensed Participating Insurer. Insurance and surety bond applications referred through SuretyPH remain subject to TRISCO's applicable requirements, evaluation, underwriting, approval, pricing and issuance procedures.
Your information and supporting documents may be referred to Travellers Insurance and Surety Corporation (TRISCO), a Participating Insurer, for evaluation and processing, subject to applicable consent and privacy terms. Evaluation, underwriting, approval, pricing and issuance are undertaken by the applicable licensed insurance company.
